Nice to meet you!
Hey, I'm Wendy, a licensed psychologist, founder, writer, thinker, and practice designer exploring how therapy, community, and systems can work together to support meaningful change.
Whether I'm seeing patterns in the therapy room and building communities through Kindred Collective, speaking at conferences, or writing about psychology and culture, my work is guided by one question:
How can we create environments where people don't just survive, but thrive and genuinely belong?

WHAT I DO
Speaking & Education
I facilitate workshops, deliver talks, and contribute to conversations on mental health, systemic thinking, professional practice, and community wellbeing.
Practice Design
I support therapists and practice owners in building sustainable, ethical, and people-centered practices that are as thoughtful behind the scenes as they are in the therapy room.
Research & Writing
I write and present on psychology, relationships, systemic therapy, and the ways culture shapes how we understand ourselves and one another.
Therapy & Community
As the founder of Kindred Collective, I'm helping build a practice where therapy extends beyond individual sessions and into community, connection, and belonging.

Here's what my clients have to say:
"You are a safe space one can be their own self without any doubt and take every little detail seriously and don’t over look anything."
JW
"I have had visible tremendous growth in such a short amount of time. I love that you take time to listen and give feedback in a way that shifts my perspective on situations allowing me to make necessary changes for my benefit."
